How can my work be makeup if no one can try it on? When Lens Studio came out and later on Spark AR, this idea became obvious. But the more I was creating digital makeup looks, the more I needed to find a way for people to play with them. I wanted people to feel that my reality could be a possible near future. AR FILTER DESIGNER HOW TOFirst because that’s the only thing I knew how to do, and second because I wanted my visuals to look like it is real, like the 3D elements added in the scene could be seen with our own eyes. One day I just decided to mix these two passions, 3D and makeup □ and here I am! I started to augment reality and make it more fantastic using post production techniques. I was already obsessed by makeup and the possibilities of self transformation. I was at the time working at an advertising company as an art director in fashion and beauty. Hi I’m ines alpha, I’m a digital artist based in Paris and I’ve specialized in what I’ve called 3D makeup which is makeup but using digital softwares □ I started doing 3D makeup a little by accident! I was learning 3D by myself, experimenting with it by adding iridescent blobs and cute creatures in video clips. ![]()

Pro player stadium 200310/31/2022 ![]() ![]() There is no marked distance to straightaway center field, which is only about 400 feet. I estimate the distance to the deepest corner as about 420 feet unfortunately, the mistaken "434" marker in that spot remained in place until the end of the baseball era. Also, an irregular nook was added left of center field, like the one to the right of center field in Boston. But when the Marlins began playing in 1993, they spiced things up with a large 33-foot high scoreboard in left field, known the "Teal Monster," an imitation of Fenway Park. Under the original plan for the baseball configuration, the outfield dimensions were to be rather symmetrical, with no unusual features. It gets pretty lonely staring at 50,000+ empty seats, game after game. The Marlins went down hill fast, and the crowds grew thinner and thinner. In frustration, he decided to cash in his chips and liquidate his highly-paid talent after, and finally sold the franchise to John Henry. After winning the 1997 World Series, Huizenga tried to get public funding for a new baseball-only stadium, but failed to persuade legislators. With no roof, it is usually much too hot to enjoy an afternoon game in the Miami summer, and it became increasingly obvious that this would never be suitable as a baseball stadium. In the 1997 World Series, however, the Marlins did use these sections, and over 67,000 fans attended. The seating areas in the left field, center field, and right field portions of the upper deck, and in the center field portion of the lower deck are normally used only for football games. In hopes of making the otherwise plain venue more fan-friendly, the Marlins added a terraced picnic pavilion area in the right center field, and later moved it to the right field corner. (NOTE: I learned from a fan that the 1990 configuration with seats added along the foul lines as shown in the diagram above (previously labelled "1993") was never used for Marlins games it is based on a photo in Gershmans' book Diamonds, evidently from a pre-1993 exhibition game.) It is interesting that both expansion teams in 1993 made their home in oversized football stadiums, the other being Mile High Stadium. The results of the permanent reconfiguration for baseball weren't as bad as one might think, especially with that distant nook just left of center field. In preparation for arrival of the Marlins, most of the lower deck on the north side was torn out and replaced with a new retractable seating section. In 1990 Wayne Huizenga bought half of Joe Robbie Stadium to pave the way for his acquisition of a new major league baseball franchise in 1994 he bought the remaining 50 percent share. The design was virtually identical to an early proposal (1965) for Veterans Stadium in Philadelphia, and its oblong octagonal shape also resembled the Pontiac Silverdome and the Alamodome in San Antonio. After two decades in the Orange Bowl, he built the stadium that bore his name, or used to, without the use of any public money. ![]() ![]() Joe Robbie, who earned his law degree from the University of South Dakota, was the original owner of the Miami Dolphins when the franchise was created in 1966. Actually, however, the Orioles and Dodgers had already played a preseason exhibition game here on March 11, 1988. For that reason, it seemed like a dubious home for a baseball team when MLB awarded Miami one of the expansion franchises for the 1993 season. Joe Robbie Stadium (as this venue was originally called) was designed exclusively for football, but the possibility of using it for baseball games was incorporated into its design. * Six years before the Marlins began playing there. Brian Raue or are my estimates the marked distances were inaccurate.) It’s about that space in-between the lines that is so difficult to define, much less report. It’s about the insulting comment, the improper teasing, the off-handed remarks that leave you feeling like dirt. Lutz spares no expense with the examples of doublespeak in the 20th century (all the examples are pre-1987). Doublespeak is a game of wordplay and teamwork. Yet, it doesn’t look like it’s being treated like one. The Doublespeak Award is an 'ironic tribute to public speakers who have perpetuated language that is grossly deceptive, evasive, euphemistic, confusing, or self-centered.' It has been issued by the National Council of Teachers of English (NCTE) since 1974. In a succinct 10 minutes, it manages to convey the frustration of female employees who are brave enough to come forward about sexual misconduct, just to be crudely contradicted and rejected.Īfter staring at herself in the bathroom, Emma (Angela Wong Carbone) ends up in a conference room, being questioned by Ben (Tony Costa), an investigator looking into her claim. Doublespeak is often used by politicians for the advancement of their agenda. By moving away from super deferential review and towards a “fidelity model” that transparently interrogates the underlying motivations for agency action, courts can counteract the negative consequences of agency doublespeak.SUNDANCE FILM FESTIVAL 2021 REVIEW! Hazel McKibbin’s short and incisive treatise, cleverly titled Doublespeak, focuses on how far we’ve yet to go when it comes to defining and dealing with sexual harassment in the workplace. Together, strong executive control and super deferential judicial review allow agencies to disguise their politically motivated decisions in deliberately ambiguous and evasive reasoning-“doublespeak.” The dangers of doublespeak were particularly notable in Environmental Protection Agency actions under the Trump administration, which engaged in starkly deregulatory behavior by abruptly reversing former, more protective Clean Air Act regulations. These consequences are exacerbated by the super deferential standard employed by the courts when reviewing an agency’s nominally science-based decisions. Though executive control of agency action has long been accepted as a desirable system of accountability, the increasingly partisan and politicized nature of executive policymaking has consequences, including a lack of transparency and a departure from the legislative purpose for agency regulation. Over the last several decades, agencies have become increasingly responsive to executive policy positions. ![]() Since their inception, administrative agencies have played a critical role in setting the trajectory of national regulatory schemes. ![]() AuthorWrite something about yourself.
